Sexy Summer Solstice Blog Hop

Welcome to the Sexy Summer Solstice Blog Hop! The Grand Prize give away for this hop is a Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight. Happy Hopping and enjoy the surfing lesson I set up for you.

Surfs up, dude! Come join the fun on the beach and get wet.

Grab a board. Here comes your instructor. Be nice, he's a little shy.

This must be a classmate. He looks friendly. Don't bite him.

Once you've master the art of surfing...

You can towel off.

Maybe help him too.

There's a small cave around the corner he wants to show you.

Uh, I'll leave you alone now.

Have a fun summer.

To defend and protect, at any cost.
Sam is Sigma of his pack, defender of the innocent and frail. Too bad the one time it mattered most, though the urge to guard the weak runs strong in his shifter blood, he failed to protect his best friend from an attack. Just when his self-confidence can't go any lower, he becomes entangled in a vampire skirmish and is left with an injured female in his arms.

Vampire accountant for Pal Robi, Inc., Clementine can't believe her master would ask her to commit corporate espionage. She’s shot when discovered, but a shifter comes to her rescue. It's as if he's made of her fantasies, and in the few hours with him she lives more than the decades she's spent among her clan.

Hiding with him on the streets of Chicago, in the midst of fighting together to stay alive, can a petite vampire break through her hero’s jaded heart?

WARNING: Hot dominating sex, an action packed evening, and a first date gone all to hell.

Lucky 7

This is a fun game called Lucky 7 where the lovely Erin Nicholas has tagged me and six other authors to play.

Here's how it works:

  • Post seven lines from a current work by following these rules:
  • Go to page 7 or 77 in your current manuscript (fiction or non-fiction)
  • Go to line 7
  • Post the next 7 lines or sentences on your blog as they are (no cheating, please!)
  • Tag 7 other authors to do the same

So here's my Lucky 7 from my upcoming release (Sept)
Starved for Love

If I left now, I’d never return. Stupid Sin with his stupid blood contract.
This was why I needed new suitors. A few good men who wouldn’t hurt me or coerce me into espionage, and in return I would… I sighed, shoving my hands in my jacket pockets. I couldn’t break this blood contract, and I couldn’t dump Sin. The feeding contract binding us was made between Sin and my dad. If I broke it, my father would suffer the consequences, not me. I crossed the street. Every muscle in my body ached. Sin had accomplished his part of the bargain. For someone who had seemed put out by my surprise visit, he sure had enjoyed himself last night.

And now the really fun part, I get to tag 7 other authors to play.

Summer of Sangria

This is the only time of the year I drink Sangria. I do love it and have fun experimenting with this recipe.

Warning: This is a kickass drink.

13 oz of club soda
3 1/2 cups of wine  (either red or white)
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of brandy  (or rum)
1 cup fresh fruit

In my red wine sangrias I stick to using orange slices and marchino cherries. In the white wine I use frozen grapes and slices of peaches or mangos.

Sexy Summer Solstice blog hop is coming June 20th with plenty of prizes.
